Shipping Information:
Ground shipping over $99 is free. Under $99 is $9.99. Air shipments are
calculated by UPS shipping rates at checkout. All orders are shipped out using UPS (insured) or USPS to ensure prompt
delivery. Orders received after 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) are processed the next
business day. There is no Saturday, Sunday or Holiday shipping or delivery. Do
not calculate these days as time in transit. Typical ground shipment takes place
within 1-5 business days. Air Shipping usually takes place same or next business
day (Shipments direct from vendors may take longer). Shipping time in transit is
additional time and varies. If you need a specific delivery date, please insert
this in the comments area at checkout or email us. "Drop-Shipments" out of a
vendor warehouse by air will typically ship within one or three business days,
ground orders typically ship within 5 business days. We use UPS as our main
carrier. Their days of operation are M-F, meaning they only pick up and deliver
packages on these days. UPS also takes the major holidays off and does not pick
up or deliver on these holidays. UPS does not move packages on Saturday or
Sunday and these 2 days do not count toward their shipping days. UPS will make
Saturday deliveries, however it must be prearranged and only on Next Day Air
packages. The fee for this service is an additional $20. Shipments may be
delayed by "Weather Delays" and we have no control over this. Shipping time may
be affected and there are no refunds on shipping due to weather delays.

Sizes & Colors::
All colors and sizes are done from manufacturer information or
measurements of actual samples. Due to differences in computer resolutions, the
colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Sizes may also vary
slightly especially on handmade products.
Oversized Shipping UPS
On any "Oversized" Package, UPS requires we ship by dimensional
weight. Dimensional weight is calculated by the size of the box and the weight.
Not every item that ships "Oversize" is listed as oversized online due to the
different (and changing) packaging requirements. Due to the inaccuracies and
restrictions in the calculations available online, we reserve the right to add
up to $35.00 to cover additional shipping expenses on oversized packages that
exceed the shipping charged. If it is more than that we will contact you.
Sizes and Colors:
Sizes and colors are represented online as best as possible. Many items are
handmade and will vary in color and size. Colors may also vary due to
differences in computers and monitors.

Characteristics of Handmade
Crystal
Should all pieces of crystal be identical?
No. Each piece of Waterford crystal is unique. Slight variations of weight and
sometimes height and width are the sign that each piece truly is individually
crafted.
Is a line or cord in crystal a flaw?
No. It is not considered a flaw. This almost invisible difference in the density
of the crystal occurs during the fusing of molten crystal. Although visible when
it reflects light, the cord disappears when a goblet or vase is filled with
water.
Is hand-made glassware really made by hand, or merely hand-finished?
The production of hand-made glassware is indeed a hand process. The skilled
hands and eyes of many men and women, working in teams, go into the making of
every piece. The amazing thing is that such a high degree of excellence can be
attained, that piece after piece coming from any individual or group of glass
blowers or pressers is so nearly and accurately a duplicate of every other
piece.
Why can't small irregularities be entirely eliminated from handmade glass?
For the very reason that the glass is handmade. No matter how deft the touch of
the sensitive hands of glass craftsmen, it is impossible to eliminate completely
small variations. These should not, therefore, be considered flaws. Glass is one
of the trickiest materials to work with. Even machine-made glassware cannot be
made absolutely perfect. But consider this: even the finest diamond, examined
under a jeweler's loupe, rarely reveals absolute perfection.
