Back-Orders & Special-Orders:
·We will charge you for all items that are back-ordered at the time you place your order.
·These back-orders become Special Orders for you.
·You have the option of cancelling the special order at any time as long as your item has not shipped.
·A Special Order may be a item that we may not keep in stock all of the time, we need to know that we have your firm commitment in advance of us making arrangements to get you this item.

Cancellations
·Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped. All cancellation requests must be made by email only.
·If an order has shipped and you refuse delivery you will be responsible for the freight charges both ways (to you and the return). There will also be a 25% restocking fee.

Store Credits
Store Credits are vailid for 1 year from date of issue and can only be used online on this site.

Sizes & Colors::
All colors and sizes are done from manufacturer information or measurements of actual samples. Due to differences in computer resolutions, the colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Art Glass colors will vary from piece to piece as they are a handmade item. Sizes may also vary slightly especially on handmade products.
